Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga (SUP Yoga) classes are held in the quaint village eof Capitola, CA, just minutes south of Santa Cruz, CA, and at the center of the Monterey Bay Marine Sanctuary.
SUP Yoga is an amazing way to strengthen, stretch, relax, meditate and practice balancing. If you are looking to get outdoors with your practice, then SUP Yoga is a perfect way to do it. Nature replaces your studio and the board becomes your yoga mat. Both beginner and advanced yogis can enjoy doing yoga on a stand-up paddleboard and your practice can be as mellow or as challenging as you want it to be. Typical Classes are 2 hours long and begin with a gentle warm up on land before getting on the water. No prior experience on a stand-up paddleboard is required and all equipment is provided.
